Macmillan Cancer Support North Tyneside and Northumberland
This is an information and support service, providing benefits advice, befriending service and a bereavement support service. All services are accessible to adults affected by cancer or a life limiting illness, including carers living in North Tyneside and Northumberland. They also provide a range of groups and events such as health and wellbeing sessions, living well with cancer, walk and talk groups and craft groups.

Coping with Cancer
This organisation offers support, advice at diagnosis, during treatment and in end of life situations. They also offer acupuncture, complementary therapy and counselling.

Maggie’s offer emotional, practical and social support. They offer a variety of support groups, wellbeing sessions. You can find them opposite the Northern Centre for Cancer Care at the Freeman hospital.
